Mrs. Cecilia A. Colvin

North Augusta, SC—Private Graveside Services for Mrs. Cecilia A. Colvin, 68, of Lake Murray Drive, North Augusta, SC, who entered into rest February 4, 2010, will be conducted Sunday in Sunset Memory Gardens. Dr. Paul W. Noe officiating.

Mrs. Colvin was a native of Carrizozo, New Mexico, having made North Augusta her home for the past 32 years and was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Jerry D. Colvin, Sr.; a son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Sandra Colvin, Jr., North Augusta; a daughter, Tricia Colvin, North Augusta; six grandchildren, Joshua Colvin, Tyler Colvin, Miguel Garcia, Jr., Thomas Colvin, Phillip Colvin and Kylie Groomes; her mother, Rosa Chavez, Carrizozo, NM; two brothers, Edward Chavez, Austin, TX and Eugene Chavez, Carrizozo, NM; a sister, Lorena LaMay, Capitan, NM

The family will receive friends at the residence Sunday afternoon from 4 until 6. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, c/o Eleanor Bookstaver, 1003 Hammond Road, Aiken, SC 29801.
